Canada's Davison bows out against his home country

BANGALORE, India (AP) — John Davison will bow out of international cricket on Wednesday, when he plays for the country of his birth against the country where he grew up and dreamed of representing.

Davison, who lit up the 2003 World Cup with a 67-ball century, was born in Canada and has spent most of his life in Australia. He gets his first chance to play against Australia in his final international match after confirming on Wednesday he would retire after the tournament.
