Walgreens Expands Tea Removal In Suspected Tampering Case

Lipton Ice Tea is being removed from more than 500 Walgreensdrugstores in the Midwest following the discovery of suspectedtampering on three bottles in Chicago, store officials said Friday.

On Thursday, Walgreens pulled Lipton Ice Tea from its stores inthe Chicago area, northern Illinois, northwest Indiana and theMilwaukee area, all served by the same Munster, Ind., bottling plant.
